Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. On occasion there may be additional charges where variations are out of our control.

Parcels are all standard delivery. If you wish to have express delivery or next day delivery you should speak directly to one of our representatives who will be happy to assist you and advise of any price changes to delivery.

Once the delivery date has been confirmed it is the client’s obligation to have someone available to receive goods. For equipment this is essential, for smaller items you must advise where these can be left if you are not available. In doing so you are accepting any risk of theft or damage and if unable to sign for goods you are accepting our courier’s record as proof of delivery.

It is your responsibility to advise if there are issues with access so that

a) we can make arrangement to bring special equipment for delivery, or
b) you are able to receive goods from transit and make your own arrangements to move goods to a safe place.

In doing so damage of goods is then your liability should any damage or fault as a result of mishandling occur.

Returns Policy

All goods are received and accepted in accordance with the manufacturers descriptions. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the equipment is suitable for their application.

Goods which have been used are deemed as second hand and will be treated as such should the buyer wish to receive any kind of re-fund.

Any refund is totally at the discretion of the seller except where the goods have been damaged, or have manufacturers fault. It is the responsibility of the buyer to prove the good were faulty before they were received.

All costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the buyer except where the seller accepts good were faulty from manufacture.
